Easily Notify Admin Users When Actioning Forms

We’ve introduced a new option to make communication smoother when actioning any form submission.

Now, you can notify specific admin/staff users directly from the platform, no need to send separate emails. With the new Notify Union Users switch, you can:

• Select which union users should be notified when you take action on a form.

• Add an optional note that will be included in the notification.

For example: If a form submission requires the finance team to send out a payment, you can notify them instantly when you approve the submission, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

This makes it easy to keep the right people informed and ensures faster follow-ups without leaving the platform.
