Add colour-coded tags/categories for clubs and event formats

It would be extremely helpful to have a tagging or categorization system for clubs that is visible to students and easy to filter/search. Ideally, these tags could be colour-coded to improve usability and visual clarity. For example, clubs could be categorized using tags such as: Faith-based Interest-based Identity-based Academic/professional Online club In addition, it would be valuable to have similar tags available for events, such as: In-person Online Hybrid Having these visible tags (and potentially filter buttons) would make it much easier for students to browse and discover clubs and events that meet their interests, accessibility needs, or availability (e.g., remote participation). Impact: This would significantly improve navigation and accessibility within the platform, especially for students looking for specific types of communities or flexible participation options.

Restart form after submission

we have some public forms that are only meant for use at one or our physical locations (e.g. signing out keys from our front desk/reception), which we bookmark on a tablet for users to fill out. We migrated from a different form platform where this worked well, and in doing so this is cause significant confusion for visitors as once the form has been filled out, they are taken to a generic Rubric page. This means that the next person using the tablet gets a little confused about what to do with the screen. To solve this, we’d love to be able to select an option from within a form’s settings that means that after an on-screen acknowledgement of the submission, they are redirected back to the front page of the form again so that it is ready to be filled out again.

Event Collaboration

Search Optimisation + byline At the moment, when searching for a society, only events created directly by that society appear. I was wondering if it would be possible to also include events where the society is listed as a collaborator? Also, currently, only the creating society appears in the event byline. Would it be possible to include collaborating societies there as well? This would make it much easier for users to see the full scope of a society’s involvement and help collaborative events reach a wider audience. Collaborator Permissions At the moment, collaborating societies have quite a limited ability to edit ticketing details for events they didn’t create. I was wondering if edit access could be opened up to all collaborating societies. Similarly, submitting grants. Only the society that created the event on Rubric can submit for a grant (dropdown options). Would it be possible for collaborating societies to see the event in their dropdown as well? This would be really helpful in situations where quick updates are needed, and the hosting society isn’t immediately available.
