I was reviewing the case management setup with the stakeholders that are managing cases and they all agreed that they would like to turn off the automated emails that get sent to submitters when the case status is changed. They would like to keep the initial submission email, but disable the rest.
When those statuses get changed, they would rather separately send emails to the submitter to give them an update.
For our use case, all the stakeholders are in agreement, so we only need the option to set this at the module level, not form level.
