At the moment, when searching for a society, only events created directly by that society appear. I was wondering if it would be possible to also include events where the society is listed as a collaborator?

Also, currently, only the creating society appears in the event byline. Would it be possible to include collaborating societies there as well?

This would make it much easier for users to see the full scope of a society’s involvement and help collaborative events reach a wider audience.

Collaborator Permissions

At the moment, collaborating societies have quite a limited ability to edit ticketing details for events they didn’t create. I was wondering if edit access could be opened up to all collaborating societies. Similarly, submitting grants. Only the society that created the event on Rubric can submit for a grant (dropdown options). Would it be possible for collaborating societies to see the event in their dropdown as well?

This would be really helpful in situations where quick updates are needed, and the hosting society isn’t immediately available.
