Form/Event Submission Notifications including Form Reference Number

I have a request regarding form submissions and event submissions – could we please have across all forms and event submission notification emails that come through to us, the form reference number listed in the subject title so that when we receive the email notification, we can both match the form reference number to the forms in Rubric to make sure we aren’t missing any, but also that when event submissions come through, so we can see what event they’re for (doesn’t take us to the specific event when we click on the view submission link in the email notification).
