The new Email Builder gives unions and clubs more flexibility when creating, managing, and automating email communications. Whether you're sending a one-off email announcement, a recurring campaign, or a fully branded newsletter, the new builder makes it easier than ever to create professional emails directly within Rubric.
Flexible Email Types
The new Email Builder supports two types of email communications:
Email Blasts
Send a one-time email to a selected audience at a specific date and time. Recipient lists are captured at the time the email is sent, making them ideal for announcements, updates, and time-sensitive communications.
Email Campaigns
Create ongoing automated campaigns that remain active over time. As new users enter the selected audience, they are automatically included and receive the email without any additional setup.
Powerful Recipient Selection
Build recipient lists using Rubric's modules, categories, filters, and tags.
Create highly targeted communications by selecting exactly who should receive your message. Multiple recipient groups can be combined within a single email, with support for different modules, categories, filters, and tags across each recipient row.
The estimated recipient count updates dynamically based on the selected recipient groups, filters, and tags, giving you visibility into exactly how many users will receive your communication before it is sent.
