Strengthening Compliance with Live Data

Compliance just got way easier with Live Insights on form submissions. Rubric Insights drop the real, live numbers right inside a submission, straight under the question they relate to. Open a submission and you'll see up-to-date figures pulled live from the system, not some stale snapshot from when the form was sent.
Approvers can validate what an applicant selected against real, current records right from the form submission question, reducing the risk of approvals based on stale or unverified information.
No more taking an applicant's word for it or jumping between tabs to double-check an affiliation, grant, or membership claim. The proof now sits right next to the claim!

Use cases & scenarios
1. Funding / grant applications: Validating activity before disbursement
A society applies for an events grant, selecting the events the funding will support. As the union officer reviews the application, the Events panel shows live ticket sales, tickets sold, and tickets scanned for each selected event.
Scenario: A club requests funding citing a "sold-out, well-attended" event. The panel shows 200 tickets sold but only 45 scanned. The reviewer flags the attendance discrepancy and requests clarification before approving preventing funds being released on an overstated claim.

2. Affiliation / re-affiliation: Confirming a club is genuinely active
A society submits its annual affiliation form with a Society Picker selection. The Society panel shows Club Since, Events (Last 12 Months), Total Members, and Number of Club Executives.
Scenario: During affiliation review, a club shows 0 events in the last 12 months and 1 executive. The reviewer applies the union's "minimum activity" policy and routes the application to a conditional-affiliation pathway rather than auto-approving a dormant club.
3. Grant Submissions: Reconciling reported spend against actual revenue
A club submits an acquittal claiming its event broke even. The Events panel surfaces Total Ticket Sales ($) live.
Scenario: The acquittal reports $300 revenue, but the live panel shows $1,250 in actual ticket sales. The reviewer identifies under-reported income and adjusts the residual grant entitlement accordingly.
