Adding sections to event questions

We require a lot of information from clubs when holding events for risk assessment purposes, and currently it is one very large form which can be difficult to navigate and set up in the correct order.

It would be good to be able to separate this into sections, like you can do for other form types. For example, having sections for food, alcohol, camps, etc. Currently when editing event questions the only ‘Structure’ element is ‘Statement’
