Allow users to view candidate info on voting page

One of the main barriers students faced in voting last year was that it was difficult for them to see information on who they were voting for, as the candidate info is presented on a separate page to the voting page.

It would be helpful to have a modal/pop-up next to each candidate’s name on the voting ballot so that students can view candidate pictures and statements as they are voting, rather than having to navigate out to a separate page
