Assign Discord Roles Based on Rubric Membership Status
As a server admin, I want to allow both members and non-members to join our Discord server. When a user joins, they should be prompted to connect their Rubric account. If they connect a valid membership, they should automatically be assigned a specific 'Membership role' in Discord. If they don't have a membership or choose not to connect, they can still be in the server but without that specific role. This would allow us to have different channels and announcements for members versus non-members within the same community, instead of forcing everyone to become a member to join. For example, Student A (with a membership) and Student B (without one) both join. Student A connects their account and gets the 'Membership role', while Student B does not. This allows me to notify those with the role about member-specific events.

I don’t think you’re working on this, but this would be game-changing. If you’re no longer maintaining the Discord Bot, is it possible to get the source code so we could implement this ourselves or give access to the API?
