Bulk add ticket scanners/ticket

Our club has quite a large committee and we would like to be able to quickly add them all as ticket scanners for all our events. Having an option to import a sheet or create a list of ticket scanners to add would be incredibly helpful or a role that allows ticket scanning without event editing.
