Center alignment for form banner images

I want the banner image in forms to align to the center instead of the right. Currently, when uploading an image to the 'Upload a banner image (1024px x 400px). Optional' field, it aligns to the right in the form preview, which looks off-center relative to the form content. This is important for maintaining a professional and balanced look for our student union forms.
