Club Form Submissions from Admin View
Hello! We would like to be able to see any forms that a specific club has submitted by accessing their society page (clicking the club name on the club management page) and going under “Forms,” and be able to see a sufficient summary of information on the table.
Right now, we are not able to see affiliation forms under this tab and we would like to be able to. We can see general form submissions, and these are fine as is. We can see event submissions, but it only says “event submission form” and would be significantly more helpful if it included the title of the event.

View of group’s submissions from club side. Note that it would be more beneficial if there was a label next to the titles on this side, similar to the admin side, so when you are viewing all submissions you can quickly see the status of a form.

Hi folks, I added this request a few months ago and it is still listed as pending. Just want to bump it if possible. I had another request that I accidentally submitted anonymously that also seems to still be pending.

If we cannot have all the forms in one spot, it could also be helpful for there to be a separate tab for events and affiliation forms. I think it would also be extremely helpful for an affiliation tab to exist and show a changelog of any time a group’s affiliation expires or the deadline is reset. Then we can also keep track of which groups continuously miss their deadlines!
