Club-funded booking fee refunds

I want to be able to refund booking fees to attendees by having the club pay for them, rather than the fees being non-refundable. This is important for when we cancel events and want to ensure attendees get their full money back.

    Hi team

    Fees are refunded back to a attendee, depending on the settings you choose when you create an event. Passing fees on means fees are not refunded, whereas choosing to absorb fees when creating an event, refunds the user the fees.
