Customise form notifications to admins/staff

We’d love to be able to customise more of the form notification emails, for example

• the notification that is sent out to notify staff of a new form submission

  • it would be helpful to be able to provide some instructions or general context about the form

  • instead of always giving the recipient a link that allows them to view the submission, it would be ideal to determine whether they get this link, and have the option to provide just some of the form responses in the body of the email (the same way that we can do this with shortcodes in other notification emails already)

  • it would be great to have different notifications to different email addresses

• emails to approvers

  • it would be helpful to be able to provide some instructions or general context about the form

• reminder emails
