Email notification to clubs when a public note is added to a pending submission

I want clubs to be automatically emailed a notification when the DUSA Clubs Team adds a public note to a pending event or form submission (e.g., seeking further information), without having to approve or deny the submission. This is important so clubs are immediately aware of the request for more information.

    How do students reply to these notes? There doesn’t seem to be an option for them to respond.

    This should already be a thing! Our groups recieve an email that an “admin has left a comment on your submission”. As long as you click “Make comment visible to submitter”. Unfortunately this feature has been bugging out recently, but you could consider it an option!
