Event Union Approval

When students make changes after we have approved their event, we must re-review and approve the changes. This is a feature we value in case the changes impact the risk profile of the event but there is no way to know what changes have been made without emailing the student to confirm or reveiwing the full event again.

Additionally everytime students edit their ticket numbers or prices we have to re-approve. This impacts the expierce of students using the ticketing feature as our office hours do not always line up with when they need to make last minute changes.

• Ability for students to indicate the changes they’ve made when an event is being re-submitted OR a feature where the form automatically highlights the changes that were made since the last approval/draft

• Seperate the ticketing feature from the approval so once the event is approved students can autonomeously make changes to tickets without re-approval
