Forms summary page

Could we please add a tab/ page under Forms’ where Unions/ guilds can create a summary of all club form submissions. This would display a list of every club affiliated (or on campus) with the union and for each club the status of the selected forms (e.g. no submission, approved, rejected, etc).

This would enable unions to quickly check the compliance of clubs with multiple submissions without having to open each form individually.
