Further Categorising "Other" Forms and displaying deadlines

We have a large number of “Other” Club Forms, and in a Club’s forms list, these are all listed together under Other Form.

we’d love to be able to categorise them further, either displaying them as separate lists or just as a separate column in the Other Forms that users can sort/filter by.

It would also be helpful to display any form closing dates in the lists of forms as well.
