Giving non-executives to access to some Club features of Rubric

Several students and some staff are requesting allowing for non-elected contributing members to be able to have permissions on the clubs admin side so that they can create events and send newsletters

A few of them have said they are very keen to move their operations to Rubric but want to delegate these responsibilities to their subcommittees

What it would look like:
On https://portal.hellorubric.com/team_management there would be a heading for Executives (Elected ONLY) and then a heading for Contributing Members (Directors, Subcommittee etc. Unelected contributors)

Some functionality that would that I think should be different and/or limited for these non-elected contributing members include
*they aren’t considered exec for union purposes, e.g. for union mailing lists, training requirements etc
*they aren’t listed on the Club’s linkinbio page
*certain access can’t be given, e.g. Club Administrator, Memberships, Society Settings, Settlements and Union Forms
