Photos/descriptions of candidates on ballot

Our students want to be able to see all information on the ballot (voting) page - not have to remember names and faces from a different page when voting. This was the case on UnionCloud - photos were next to names and manifestos could be read by clicking a ‘read manifesto’ button.
