Recurring events - option to save as draft/save and exit

Union poster here - for both our union and clubs, there is no way for a club or the union to put a recurring event series back into draft mode.

If the union rejects the event, it deletes it entirely for the club and they have to complete a new event submission entirely. If the club edits the recurring event, they cannot ‘save and exit’ and have to publish.

With a single event submission, you can edit the event and save/exit which puts it back into draft mode. Can this be set up for recurring events also? Should be able to do the same as you can for single events, with recurring events.
