Removing reviews

Clubs should be able to remove reviews on their page at their discretion to maintain a professional presence. We have had an upsetting review that is personal to a member of our club and we cannot get rid of it without contacting the poster, which we are not comfortable with. We feel bad that we cannot help the individual who it is about.
