Request: Mailchimp Integration for QPay/Rubric

Hello Rubric team, I'd like to request a direct Mailchimp integration, so attendee emails from Rubric QPay can automatically sync to Mailchimp for club/event communication. This would streamline workflows for many organizing teams. Thank you!

    Hi team,

    Thanks for your suggestion - we appreciate you taking the time to share it. While we won’t be adding a direct Mailchimp integration at this stage, Rubric already includes an integrated email feature designed for exactly this purpose.

    Our system allows clubs to create dynamic segments (e.g., automatically send a welcome email to new members) without the need to continually export, import, or manage lists in an external platform. This keeps your data in one place, ensures it’s always up to date, and makes it easier for organizing teams to communicate with attendees efficiently.

    We also have both SMS and email, whereas MailChimp is only email. It's also entirely free for our clubs, with no restrictions on size.
