Rolling memberships
Please allow an option when setting up memberships so that they commence on the day they are paid for, and expire a fixed period (365 days, for example, but optionally whatever we choose) thereafter. We have members joining throughout the year, so having a fixed expiry date is an increasingly severe deterrent.
At present, we have to manually edit each membership option, resetting the expiry dates, every month.

Every club and society on our campus, as far as we’re aware, uses rolling annual memberships valid one year from the date of purchase.
When we had free memberships, we could go through and manually cancel expired memberships. For paid memberships, this isn’t an option as there is no way to cancel without refunding.
We have to hide the previous month’s membership type to keep new members from purchasing the wrong category and getting short-changed.
PLEASE Rubric, add this feature as soon as possible, it can’t be that complicated if we already have a database of purchase dates and editable membership validity!

This is particularly pressing, since when clubs resort to resetting the expiry date every month, to emulate a rolling membership with a fixed period, the new expiry date is applied to all past memberships of the same type, effectively rendering expiry impossible.
