'Scoring' Questions Directly on a Rubric Form

For our Union, we assess applications for new student groups using a grading rubric with numerical values based on the quality of the proposal. These scores need to be reported to the submitter themselves, specifically for those that do not reach an initial passing score, so they can attempt to resubmit.

As of now, we report these values in a document attached to the submission using the Document Generator module; which we find to be one of Rubric’s most useful features that has launched. However, if we could somehow approve/deny a submission with the scores assigned to each individual question (similar to how it is done in Google Forms, or even Canvas courses) so that the submitter just needs to open the submission, and then see each score/comment to each independent question, that would be amazing.
