Basically, just implement proper SAML so that SSO sessions from our Uni’s can federate our identities, this would solve this issue and get around having to collect or manage further identity information.

To better comply with the university rules, we will need to track the % of students in a club and whether they’re currently enrolled. We would like to collect this information when club members sign up on Rubric. - Member Info: Please make the student number field mandatory. If they can’t provide a student ID, could we please introduce a new category for Community Members. - Executive Info: Could you insert a column to show their student ID? This is because our Uni only allows currently enrolled students to be part of the Executive Team, doing so will help with compliance.
