Submit Funding Claims Directly via Administrator Portal

Hi Rubric!

I would like to request a feature for the Rubric regarding Funding Claims.

Currently, funding claims can only be submitted by logging directly into an individual club's account. However, as administrators, we occasionally make payments or settle invoices directly on behalf of a club. So we have to log out and log into individual club profiles to submit these claims.

We would like the ability for administrators to submit a Funding Claim form directly from the Administrator Portal on behalf of any selected club. It would save time when managing payments or pre-approved reimbursements and simplify internal workflows.
