Tags for Club Executives to indicate period they are elected for + Membership Expiry Option: Until 31 December

We are trying to find a way to reliably generate an up to date list of club executives at any one time.

As clubs are submitting their AGM documents to us now, we are getting them to add their new executives to the platform and ensure these students accept the invite and input their details.

This will mean that there is a 1-3 month period where there will be cross over of executives listed on the platform. We like this as it gives them an opportunity to see how the platform works and test things out while the experienced executives can train, guide and walk them through. The issue comes on 1 Jan and the 2024 executives are no longer serving the club. Taking the total list of executives as our mailing/ comms list from this time will mean that some old execs will be emailed and annoyed. We could then set up another admin submission process to ensure they are removed for each club but this is a little time consuming and would have to come at an inconvenient time.

It would be preferable if there was a tag or even a service period for each executive that could be set at the time of adding them to the team list. That way come 1 Jan they are either removed completely from access or our lists or can be easily filtered out.
