Manual Grant Application Modifications

We’ve added some powerful new options to make managing grants easier for you!

  • 💰 Adjust Existing Grants: You can now update an existing grant by adding or removing funds. Just enter a positive amount to add money or a negative amount to reduce it. This gives you full control over grant balances for any application.

  • 🆕 Create New Manual Grants: Need to add a grant for a club that doesn’t yet have one? You can now create a new manual grant application directly in the system — all in a few clicks!

  • ⚠️ Important: Changes made manually here will not appear in external systems like Xero or QuickBooks. This only affects the grant records inside this platform.
